When we schedule your appointment, that time belongs to you, and you deserve our undivided attention. We value our relationship with you and want to be fair.
Unless it is an emergency, illness, or exposure to COVID-19, we require (1) business days’ notice prior to changing your appointment. If your appointment is missed or broken without notice, a $50 fee will be applied to your account (up to $100 per family) and must be paid before rescheduling.
